डीजल जनेटर्स के लिए कितनी अर्थिंग जरुरी ??????????

डीजल जनरेटर जो कि बिजली आपूर्ति के काम की मशीन है जो मैकेनिकल एनर्जी को इलेक्ट्रिकल एनर्जी मे कन्वर्ट करती है। इसमें इंस्टालेशन के टाइम पर अर्थिंग का महत्त्व पूर्ण काम है।  अर्थिंग न की जनरेटर की सेफ्टी के लिए जरुरी है बल्कि ये जनरेटर पर काम करने वाले ऑपरेटर के लिए भी बहुत जरुरी है.

  








जनरेटर के प्र्कार। 

(a) थ्री फेज जनरेटर, भारत मे 415 वोल्टस पर , जिसमे तीन फेज और एक न्यूट्रल होता हे 
(b)सिंगल फेज जनरेटर , भारत मे 240 वोल्टस पर , जिसमे एक फेज और एक न्यूट्रल होता है 

थ्री फेज जनरेटर के लिए अर्थिंग : तीन फेज जनरेटर के लिए 04 अर्थिंग होनी चाहिए।  जिसमे 02 अर्थिंग न्यूट्रल पर कनेक्ट हो जाती है और 02 अर्थिंग जनरेटर बॉडी पर कनेक्ट हो जाती है। बेटर रिजल्ट्स के लिए अगर ये अर्थिंग कॉपर की है तो उत्तम है अन्यथा इसमें आप बॉडी अर्थिंग GI की करा ले और न्यूट्रल के लिए कॉपर की अर्थिंग। सामान्यता कई लोग चारो अर्थिंग GI की ही करते है। 

सिंगल फेज जनरेटर के लिए अर्थिंग : सिंगल फेज जनरेटर के लिए 02 अर्थिंग होनी चाहिए।  जिसमे दोनों अर्थिंग जनरेटर बॉडी पर कनेक्ट हो जाती है।  सामान्यता ये GI की होती है। 

अर्थिंग और अर्थिंग स्ट्रिप्स का साइज जनरेटर के साइज के साथ बदल जाता है. इसके लिए आप जनरेटर बनाने वाली कंपनी या बिजली का काम करने वाले एक्सपर्ट की राय ले

ऊपर दी गई गाइडलाइन्स IS स्टैंडर्ड्स का ध्यान मे रख कर ली गई है

नोट : बिजली कनेक्शन के लिए केवल armoured केबल का ही प्र्योग करे और उसके armoured वायर्स को अच्छी तरह से ग्लैंडिंग करे। ग्लैंड पूरे भरे हुए होने चाइए और armoured वायर उसमे अच्छी तरह फिक्स हो।  प्रॉपर ग्लैंडिंग से भी अर्थिंग से होने वाले नुकसान से बचा जा सकता है.  

मेरा ये सुझाव है की आप केमिकल एअर्थिग का यूज़ करे।  इनकी लाइफ ज्यादा होती है और ये मेंटेनेंस फ्री भी होती है।  साथ ही ये जगह भी कम लेती है

A diesel generator, a power supply machine that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. In this, the meaning of earthing at the time of installation is complete. Earthing is not only necessary for the safety of the generator, but it is also very important for the operator working on the generator.

  

Types of generators.
(a) Three phase generator at 415 volts in India, which has three phase and one neutral. (b) Single phase generator at 240 volts in India, which consists of one phase and one neutral.

Earthing for Three Phase Generator: There should be 04 earthing for three phase generator. In which 02 earthing is connected on neutral and 02 earthing is connected on generator body. For better results, if it is copper, then it is better otherwise you can get the body earthing GI done in it and copper earthing for neutral. Normally, many people do the same as GI.

Earthing for single phase generator: There should be 02 earthing for single phase generator. In which both earrings connect on the generator body. Generally, it is GI.

The size of earthing and earthing strips changes with the size of the generator. For this, you get the opinion of the generator maker or electrician expert.

The above guidelines have been taken into consideration with IS standards.

Note: Use only armored cable for power connection and glanding its armored wires well. The gland should be full and the armored wire should be well fixed. Proper glanding can also prevent loss from earthing.

I suggest that you use the chemical earth. Their life is more and it is also maintenance free. Also it takes up less space
